[open-science] Wiley caught selling an article that shouldn't be sold... again

Yesterday I caught Wiley selling an article that they aren't meant to be
selling/paywalling. This isn't the first time they've done this.

If you know of any other journals that are selling articles that you
believe should have been freely available please do speak-up. It could make
a difference. We can't keep letting them get away with this re-paywalling
of academic content.
