Subject: [open-science] Resources for tertiary level educators on open data

I'm looking for open access modules, lectures, or resources useful for giving an introduction to open data principles and issues. Ideally aimed at undergraduate honours students graduate students.
The idea is to provide a self contained 3-4 hour module on open data.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
