Hi All,

Does someone of you know where I can find microdata (CO2 emission per
installation) collected under the European Union Emission Trading Scheme
Data <1> or confirm that there is no open dataset available. All I found is
this
http://www.eea.europa.eu/data-and-maps/data/data-viewers/emissions-trading-viewer

Here in France, we are working on  http://opentransition.okfn.fr, a simple
website + datahub group for sharing open ressources on energy as part of
the French national debate on Energy Transition (project to be announced
Tomorrow).

Lack of CO2 microdata emission is something we would like to highlight.
