[open-sustainability] Where are the data from the European Union Emission Trading Scheme ?

Ok I am answering to myself here : the only datasets I found from
the European Union Emission Trading Scheme is this one
http://www.eea.europa.eu/data-and-maps/data/european-union-emissions-trading-scheme-eu-ets-data-from-citl-4

Unfortunately it's only aggregated data per country or sector.
