[Open-transport] Time to appoint a working group coordinator!

Congratulations on getting the Working Group on Transport up and running -
Now that you're an official working group, it would be excellent if you
could appoint a 'Working Group Coordinator'. This person would be the main
point of contact between the OKFN and the group. It isn't a burdensome
role, but obviously the more active and enthusiastic you are the better!
The key responsibilities of the coordinator are to:
- Establish regular group Skype calls (these can be as 'regular' as
feels appropriate - once a month or once every two months is often a good
start). The first meeting would aim to establish the group's purpose, and
to fill out the wiki page
- Once the meetings are established, ensure that updates go on the
Working Group blog as appropriate. Follow up on action items.
- Keep an eye on the mailing list, and ensure that it is properly used.
- Maintain energy, enthusiasm and interest!
In addition, the coordinator should keep in contact with the OKFN by:
- Being aliased into the okfn-coord list. This is a low traffic list
which allows working groups to keep the OKFN and one another in touch.
- Attend project meetings from time to time. These take place every
Monday at 1pm on Skype, and are an opportunity for working group
coordinators to share news and find out what's been going on. There's no
pressure to attend every week, but if you can drop by once in a while
