[Open-transport] Amsterdam now *everything* realtime

As of last night the public transport operator GVB is the first company
in The Netherlands having agreed to completely open up their realtime
data. Which in effect means that for every busstop at every time is
known what time busses arrive.
We have created a 'line', 'journey' and 'timingpoint' view on this data.
This all was a follow up by a much more limited system. Hopefully more
operators and dataowners will grant permission to use this system on
their data.
