Since it is pretty much in beta, no written documentation or stable URLs. 
The 'old system' is obviously still running.

And the definition of "open data" is here legally not the case, the data 
can only be used to inform travelers, not to do anything you please with 
it. Until every public transport company publishes this data at a certain 
quality the publishes don't want to do CC-0/PDDL open for competitiveness 
reasons.
