[Open-transport] Dutch Community wants to get in touch with the German Community

ETL -> Extract Transform Load.

I could write you the basic start of a GTFS sql file, our work on
VDV452 pretty much stopped when the only agency supplying it changed
to KV1. The VDV452 we've worked on was very poor of quality
unfortunately.
