[Open-transport] The open transport vocabulary: the public transport part

Hi all,

I'm in Paris with Tristram and we have started work on the Open Transport
vocabulary (the public transport part). It is mainly based on what
Navitia.io made using the transmodel vocabulary.

If you don't like something, edit the markdown file, send us a pull request
(or file an issue to discuss if you're not sure).

Also, feel free to start working on the private transport counterpart.
