None that I know of, since mentzDV deems it to be a purely internal 
exchange format between DIVA installations.

I know that some transit providers (Verkehrsunternehmen) transmit their 
schedules to their respective transit agencies (Verkehrsverbund) in 
DIVA, and that it is one of the two most-used proprietary formats in 
Germany, alongside with HAFAS (including variants like DINO).
