I think working as sub-contractor on H2020 projects is the best thing you 
could aim for.

Writing a proposal in general is not what I am against. 
Pursuing it and wanting to get money, opposed to do the actual work, being 
sad not getting money... that is what I am against. It has never been in 
the open source spirit not to implement good ideas because no funding was 
available.
