[Open-transport] opentransportdata.swiss - realtime Information for swiss public transportation

Hi,

Is there already a provider that is creating an integral GTFS-RT for all 
trips? If not, we have experience with converting VDV453 (AUS) to GTFS-RT. 
We may want to subscribe to the VDV431 service to do the same.
