[wdmmg-dev] no developer meeting today

Firstly, everyone's welcome to come to the developer meetings. They take 
place on Skype and consist of the people hacking on OpenSpending talking 
about what they've done / what they'll be doing next.

Secondly, there's not as much actual hacking[1] going on this week, so 
this week's meeting isn't happening at 1pm today; there'll be one next 
Monday (11 July).
