Thanks Friedrich, looks good to me. I've added a line on converting
currencies at transaction dates (where given) which I think becomes
particularly important when you have big currency fluctuations (e.g.
Zimbabwean Dollars).

I've started a wiki page to collect financial transformations that we
are beginning to see use cases for in OpenSpending and that may be
interesting to extract into a seperate package and that should
probably be coded up by some proper economist (hint!) rather than
someone from the OS core team:
