[wdmmg-dev] Sysadmin consolidation issues affecting OpenSpending

Hi all,

we had an excellent call this morning on consolidation of the ~200
different services operated by OKFN. A few of the items affect
OpenSpending, here is a selection for public discussion:

* Can we move clients.wheredoesmymoneygo.org to demos.openspending.org?
* Do we want assets.okfn.org/p/wdmmg or assets.openspending.org. Decide & move.
* Shut down data.staging.wheredoesmymoneygo.org
* Find out if we can terminate dfid.wheredoesmymoneygo.org now
* Load bergen.wheredoesmymoneygo.org into OS and kill the subdomain
* Kill bmf.wheredoesmymoneygo.org (fl)
* Do we have a solr in rackspace?
