Hi Martin, Lucy et al

As agreed, I've uploaded a 100 rows version of the data to CKAN. Let me know
if you need anything else - and actually I can add a Currency column quite
easily if necessary (I just pulled the latest version into Refine, so it
wouldn't take much work at all.

The version in the *ugandabudget* package is: TESTING -- Small (100 rows)
version of Final cleaned, normalised version of
data<http://www.publishwhatyoufund.org/files/uganda_final_small.csv>

Thanks again for all your work on this (and to OKFN more widely) - I think
it will be extremely interesting when it's ready, and it will great to show
off at OKCon.
