[wdmmg-dev] cra.openspending.org

Hi,

am I right in assuming that cra.openspending.org is a copy of 0.9 that
is still running? If so, what are the reasons for its existence: is it
just because we can't load stuff into 0.10 or has the legacy layer
needed for the WDMMG home page also not been ported?
