[openspending-dev] Error message after each login

first off: sorry for being so slow on your messages, I hope to get
back to you on most things ASAP now. I was away on a trip over the
last week.

This dashboard thing is a known issue, I'll try to fix it quickly -
it's definietly nothing that you did wrong.
