[openspending-dev] Toggle between multiple years?

Hello,

I am trying to add links to toggle between different years similar to what
is here: http://bund.offenerhaushalt.de/

Can someone outline the code and files that need to be changed?

Just learned the importance of this as we presented Open Budget to
Oakland's city council -- the mayor said our data was "wrong" because she
isn't used to seeing the 2-year budget in one visual, only knows the
numbers for year 1 and year 2 :)

BTW, image attached of a treemap in action ...
