[openspending-dev] OpenSpending Contacts Map

Hi,

the OpenSpending Contacts Map that will be embedded into OpenSpending is finished enough to show it off:

The app is fed data coming from a spreadsheet that is kept up to date by Anders. So if your project is missing, contact him.

Not sure where this is supposed to go in OpenSpending, but putting it in there should be easy enough.
