[openspending-dev] [OFF] Progressive JSON parser

Hi all,

Sightly off-topic, but I found this library a few days ago and thought it
could be very useful for visualizations made using OpenSpending's API.

It allows you to get partial JSON results, to be able to begin showing the
user something before the request completes.

https://github.com/jimhigson/oboe.js

I'm not sure how it works with gzipped content, or if it works at all. But
I found it really interesting nonetheless.
