[openspending-dev] Interactive d3 on spending - example from Checkbok NYC

Hi Michael, 

I recall that you asked last week for an example of interactive use of D3. 
I am not sure if this is what you were looking for, but this visualisation 
is based on spending data from Checkbook New York (which by the way went 
open source this summer):
