Yes, that's about it (but the pull request part can be quite big). I
would put this into the build-process branch of openspendingjs since
that will in the near future be merged into master (when it's got a code
review). We have already decided at a developer meeting to merge it into
master.
Which reminds me. There's a developer meeting on Thursday. Stay tuned,
I'll send out a separate email later today :-)
