[openspending-dev] Setting up Newsletter-Style List for Updates about OpenSpending

I can't speak for everyone, but as a user, I would highly prefer if I were
asked if I wanted to subscribed (click a link before being subscribed or
some such) before sending me newsletter style announcements.
