[openspending-dev] OpenSpending Enhancement Proposals (OSEP)

Hi All,

Over the last year we have been systematizing the process for proposing
enhancements to the OpenSpending platform in the form of short documents
calls "OSEPs" (OpenSpending Enhancement Proposals).

The OSEP website, including a list of current OSEPs, is at:

http://labs.openspending.org/osep/

And it is powered by a github repo at:

https://github.com/openspending/osep

Anyone can propose an OSEP - instructions are on the OSEP website.
