[OpenSpending] Additions to OpenSpending Cities Map - there are now 39!

Hi All,

People seem to have been busy adding cities to our OpenSpending cities
map which shows Cities with data in OpenSpending and there are now 39
cities on there:

http://apps.openspending.org/maps/

This includes the recently launched and very impressive Open Budget
Oakland site:

http://openbudgetoakland.org/
