 Hi Michael,

 When building a site to show the budgets of Euskadi, a Spanish region, I made something similar, but showing also budgeted vs. executed, and across a number of years:

 The Euskadi case is a bit complex because not all the collected taxes go to the government (long story), hence the three levels. But the Aragon case is more straightforward, with just input/output flows:
