[OpenSpending] Spending data for all 98 municipalities in Denmark

Hi Niels Erik,

This looks fantastic! I really like the feature added to the diagram
providing information on spending trends over the years, the individual
contribution of each taxpayer & comparisons with other municipalities.

A few questions:
- I'd be really curious about the user feedback, though I don't see a
commentary field. Is that on purpose?
- Are there any plans to occasionally embed diagrams into stories focused
on particular municipalities (eg. feature the budget of Aarhus, when
discussing local economic priorities)?

Any chance you'd be interested in writing up a short post about how you
created the project?
