[OpenSpending] DATA Act

Definitely not comparable with the DATA ACT, but a recent law passed in
Italy stated that the information contained in SIOPE [1], a government
database of public bodies payments, will be accessible to the public.
Actual implementation should be contained in a future decree issued by
the Ministry
of Economic Affairs, but the government promised that the informations will
be published in open data [2] (sorry, no English source available).
