[OpenSpending] EU Budget and Spending Research

Hi All,

I wanted to let everyone know that the work on EU Budget and Spending was
awarded to a team consisting of Pierre Chrzanowski and Elisabeth Druel.
They have now started work and will be working on this over the next few
weeks.

They are both included in cc on this email and will be sharing updates as
they progress either here or on the discussion forum
<http://discuss.okfn.org/c/openspending> and anyone who is interested or
who has insights to offer re EU budgeting should get in touch!
