No that sounds right. Just to add a few bits of extra info:

1. Our job will now be:

   1. getting data on old recordings and parsing into a form suitable 
for upload to MB

   2. Extracting data from MB and running our 'public domain' algorithm 
on it

2. The WP install is now working properly (bit of auth issues yesterday) at:

   http://project.knowledgeforge.net/pdw/mainsite/

I've made one account for Michael (username + password as we discussed 
yesterday i.e. mhh...). Anyone else want an account let me know. Once 
we've got a bit of stuff in there we can move this to 
http://www.publicdomainworks.net/ (as stuff to add I suggest copying the 
current copyright status info from fc-uk site).

I've also got the irc transcript which I can post if people really want 
to see it.
