Hi Thomas,

SPC.org has a part developed collab publishing / pdf builder at 
http://own.spc.org .. currently presenting a  doublesided full colour 
A3++ template.

Its due for a second phase.. anyone fancy chipping please get in 
contact.. be gentle readers..
