Hey Marco !
     Stay assured, you are not at all rude but many amongst us are grateful
for your honest reporting.
I see many parallels from your winebba experience & in Dharamshala. here too
the workshop was supposed to be for 10 days but was concluded in 4 days.

Its a paradox , The demand for wireless communication in emerging countries
is immense. India added over 7 million users in a month all GSM / CDMA . &
unfortunately the cost is astronomical , its as high as 10-12% of a poor
man's budget, ditto in Africa. while  In Europe it less than 2% of  living
expenses. !

but yet community networks are still not understood in emerging countries.
:(  .

I hope such first hand reports  will help us refine the approach.
