Bogdan, in ce priveste primul grant, nu ma pricep dac e scump ori ba, insa
al doilea mi se pare ca e de porc :(  o solutie usor accesibila este
https://adhocracy.de/instance, despre care stiu de 2 ani de zile...  cred
ca exista si o varianta in romana, la care a lucrat sau inca mai lucreaza
Mircea, in cc...  eu as fi vrut s'o-ncerc la dezbaterea despre revizuirea
constitutiei, dar n'am gasit suficienti doritori...  cert este ca nu merita
$288K pentru ceva ce deja exista neproprietar...  iar faptul ca de chestia
asta se ocupa DSOD/Puchiu, care mai e responsabil si de OGP, imi arata ca
oamenii astia inca n'ai inteles sensul cuvantului "open" :(  pacat :(((
