I created something already:

   http://www.okfn.org/kforge/wiki/KforgeDownload

I suggest we use this. In the spirit of indirection I think the blog 
will also have a download page which will point to the wiki page (just 
as often a site will point for the download itself to sourceforge or 
somewhere else offsite).

I suggest we put the file itself either in subversion of posted on the 
project page on knowledgeforge.
