Dear colleagues,

RSS has just issued a statement on how we think care.data needs to be
handled, given the upcoming debate on the Health and Social Care bill in
the Lords in May -

I realise care.data is formally outside of the remit of this group, but I
thought you may be interested, as the principles we set out have some wider
applicability.
