[MyData & Open Data] CNIL report on open data and personal data from April

I recently stumbled across this report published by CNIL back in April.
400 organisations engaged in open data were surveyed on how they've
approached the challenges of personal data.

Predictably, there was a lack of understanding of measures to reduce the
risks of re-identification, and a demand for more guidance in this
matter.
