Hi Walter,
Unfortunately, one of the downsides of international conferences is the
difficulties some nationalities face with border control.  But with the
over-riding concerns of cost constraints in choosing another location when
most of  the participants are UK-based, London still  presents the better
option, wouldn't you agree?
