[od-discuss] Please review: 'Datenlizenz Deutschland' for OD compliance.

The phrasing of the license is slightly alien to me (and of course I can
only ruefully note what I assume to be legally-imposed limitations on
disclamations of liability, unlike in the US where contracts of adhesion
often attempt to get the provider off the hook for everything). But the
licenses seem broadly comparable to familiar terms. Two questions:

- do you feel that "source note" is adequately defined?
- I'm not clear on what scenario is described by "the source note must be
deleted if the entity keeping the data requires so" -- could you elaborate?
I suspect this is just a tic of translation.
