[od-discuss] Press Release and Blog Posts for OD2.0

We've started to draft a press release and a blog post to formerly announce
v2.0 of the Open Definition.

It is in bullet form now but needs to be flushed out into text.

Right now there are two sub-documents in the document.  One for the formal
press release and one for a blog post coming from the group that can be
posted on the Open Knowledge site as well as guest posts on 3rd party blogs
such as CC, OSI, Wikimedia, government blogs, etc..

Contributions/edits are appreciated.
