[od-discuss] German Data License 2.0 decision time

Thanks Daniel.

Yes, since two weeks have passed and we've received only plus votes Data
License Germany Zero 2.0 and Data License Germany Attribution are now
approved.

We can now add these licenses to the approved list.

It's official now.  We will send an official note to Dr. Helene Groß as
well.

Many thanks to you Daniel and to Dr. Helene Groß from the German Ministry
of the Interior for your work on this.
