Is it appropriate to advertise a journal that appears to charge $37.50
to download copies of articles and requires authors to transfer
copyright on a Open Knowledge mailing list?

It seems to me we would be better to support open access journals as
OKF does and to ask proprietary publications not to solicit material
here.
