[okfn-help] wiki.okfn.org instead of okfn.org/wiki

I have not set up a new subdomain for the main okfn wiki at:

http://wiki.okfn.org/

http://okfn.org/wiki/ will of course still continue to work. At some
point soon I plan to start implementing a redirect from there to the
new url. If anyone thinks this is a bad idea please say.
