First stab at an aggregator for the various blogs now living at
*.okfn.org using the wordpress multi-site plugin

Nothing there yet but there will be. (There's also still
<http://activity.okfn.org/> but we stopped it's cron job in october).

We also need to move blog.okfn.org to be part of the okfn.org
multisite install in the very near future:

(We want to merge the two user sets asap)
