[okfn-za] Open Data on CO2 Emissions

My impression is that much CO2 data ends up in central DBs by default
in most countries so I don't think SA is that unusual here. But like
you I'd be very interested if anyone has good leads.

Re your PS could you give a bit more info on this (perhaps a new thread!)
