[okfn-za] More contested wards - this time nationwide

Hi All

Apologies if you feel like I'm spamming, I promise, no more contested wards
visualisations - I'm just so super-keen on the elections data. I've put
together an A0-sized posted (for you politics nerds out there) covering
each one of the 243 local municipalities country-wide. In each municipality
you can see which are the stronghold wards and which are vulnerable in the
next elections (and possibly the national elections next year).
