[open-data-day] hello from Austin, TX

Hi Chip,

I recently moved from Austin to DC -- you might want to get in touch with
the iSchool and the LBJ School (in particular the group working with
Professors Kate Weaver and Mike Findley) -- those groups are doing a lot
around open data, particularly as it relates to international development
(#opendev) and opengov.
