[open-data-day] Open Data Day Twitter hashtag: #opendataday (or #ODHD13?)

Thanks for your input Ash, David, and Amy.

I suppose using both makes sense at this point, and though it'll be an
extra step to aggregate all the tweets/posts, I understand the branding and
less cryptic side of human-readable hashtags. I've attached #ODHD13 to the
tweets I've made so far, but will use #opendataday too.

@Amy: I thought about a tweet wall last night, and am going to ping our
Affiliate Network Manager (Jess Coates) about the tool she used during our
CC10 birthday party. We had a tweet-stream projected on a wall during that
event that got people interacting, posting pictures, and sending
well-wishes that I think would be neat to have during #ODHD13. Or was it
#opendataday? I kid, I kid :)

Does anyone know of a good (free/open) tool to do a tweet stream with? The
one used during the Open Knowledge
Festival<http://okfestival.org/hashtag/#visualisation>was awesome.

Also, I spoke with Ross Mounce (OKF) about doing a live check-in call
between a bunch of the hackathons. The conclusion of the Open Data Day
events in Europe will coincide with the start of the event here in Mountain
View, and we're thinking that this will increase the sense of community and
bring a cohesive "we are all in this together" feel to the events, though
they are separated by thousands of miles.

Thoughts? (I know it's poor form to not have just started a new mailing
list topic, apologies)

Billy
