i write you only to inform that, as OKFN Italy,we started the project
"Beni Culturali Aperti" - http://www.beniculturaliaperti.it/
This sounds like "cultural heritage opened"

One of the first action is a petition online to ask some changes to the
italian law that manage the cultural heritage.

Here is possible subscribe the petition

Some politicians are ready to discuss about this only if we have a good
number of signatory
