Dear all,

Just put up a new blogpost on OpenGLAM about the release of 1,5 million
pages from old magazines by the Dutch national library. Magazines are
filled with content from a lot of different authors, making the rights
issues even worse. The library started with an 'opt-out' pilot but this was
quickly taken down by collective rights organisations. Now they have an
agreement and the magazines can be published, unfortunately only for
non-commercial use.. Read more on OpenGLAM.
